LSlightly overripen to enhance the structure and the great acidity in order to withstand the thinning process. The Anniversary Metiusco derives from 100% Negroamaro grapes harvested with local typical methods. It is therefore necessary to perfectly balance the sugar content and the acidity of the grapes to produce a Negroamaro that reflects the vine’s characteristics and for it to afford a long-lasting thinning process in bottle.
With its ruby color full of violet shades, on the nose it is intense and complex with ripe fruit and Mediterranean spices aroma.
This a well-structured, full-bodied, balanced, round, and profound wine. The finish is as pleasantly bitter as the Negroamaro must be.
Combinations
It is recommended to combine it with red meat, roasted beefs, mushrooms, venison and in general with distinctive flavored dishes.
