B lanc de Noir made from 100% Negroamaro. After the secondary fermentation, it rests for 24 months on the lees. The particularly early harvest, the unique winemaking process with macro-oxygenation, and the completion of malolactic fermentation before refermentation create a truly unique product, vertical, with a very elegant bubble.
