Rosé Ninì Palamà
S usumaniello 100%. Just like its brothers-the white and red varieties-, for the Rosé Ninì the fermentation is carried out by selected yeasts too. On the palate, it is dry, mineral, almost iodized, with a bitter finish prolonged by an acid note-which mitigates the alcoholic structure.
