Rosé Ninì Palamà
R osé from Susumaniello, produced using the saignée technique, where about 30% of the must obtained during pressing ferments independently after approximately 12 hours of cryomaceration. The wine’s intense pink color is a direct result of this maceration process, which not only enhances its hue but also adds structure, intense red fruit aromas, and a delightful savoriness.
